Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website or by Phone or by Email?

Yes, you can make a booking on the phone or by website or by email. All options are available.

What information do I need in order to book?

Please make sure you include:

  • Your personal contact details ( Name, active mobile number, email ).
  • Total number of passengers – make sure you include infants and children in the total number of passengers in your party.
  • Pickup and destination address.
  • No. of bags ( small and large).
  • Overseas accommodation address – in any resort there may be more than one building with the same name, so please include the full address to avoid confusion
  • Flight details – if you’ve booked a private vehicle our transport provider will monitor your flight where possible, your flight number ensures you are picked up and dropped off at the right time
I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Just contact us and we will arrange your transfer without any problem.

How do I pay for my transfer?

There are two options:

  • You may pay the driver cash at the time of pick up.
  • You may pay by card (Visa , Master Card) without any additional processing charges.
  • You can also pay online. Please contact us by email.
Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Are you a licensed company?

Yes. We are officially licensed to carry the public.

Are your prices per car or per person?

Our prices are per car/van/bus and destination. For some destinations, We have set prices like 1-4pax and 5 to 7pax. please see vehicle capacity for further details.

I have completed a booking form, will I receive an e- mail confirmation?

Yes, we will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt. If your transfer is within 24 hours from the time of booking, please call us for quick confirmation.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or postpone a booking. Please see Terms and Conditions.

Before you travel

How long will the transfer take?

Transfer from departure to destination is not always 100% sure. It depends on traffic and time of the day.

  • Transfer from Barcelona Airport to Barcelona city : 30 min
  • Within Barcelona City : 20 min – 30 min.
My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

We will always try our best to accommodate your requests, however vehicles are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed. If you need to change your vehicle, please contact us by email and we will try our best to make an arrangement for you. Please remember, there may be an additional charges.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Our driver will meet you in the arrival area near the airport exit with your name board or card.

What happens if I cannot find my driver?

Having ensured that you have correctly followed the CJ Transfer Barcelona instructions on your confirmation, contact us on the contact number also supplied on your confirmation or on the website.

What if the flight is delayed or early?

We will check the flight status on the day and meet you according.
